These terms govern your use of the Submit Later Chrome extension, your Submit Later account and this website, all operated by Harmandeep Singh ("we", "us"). By creating an account, installing the extension or buying a plan, you agree to them.
1. The service
Submit Later is software that presses a button you choose on a web page at a time you choose. It runs in your Chrome browser and depends on your computer being on, Chrome running, the tab staying open and the website behaving as expected.
2. Your account
- You need an account to use Submit Later. Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
- You must be 18 or over, or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
- An account is for one person. You may use it on any browsers you use yourself, but not share it with others.
3. Free trial
New accounts get a free trial of 30 days from sign-up, with every feature included. No payment details are needed and the trial ends by itself; you're never charged for it. Each person may have one trial. Creating extra accounts to get more trials isn't allowed, and we may suspend such accounts.
4. Plans and payments
- Monthly: ₹49 for 30 days. Annual: ₹399 for 365 days. Prices are in Indian Rupees and include all applicable taxes.
- Plans are prepaid and don't renew automatically. We email you before your plan ends; it's up to you whether to buy again.
- Your plan starts as soon as the payment succeeds. If you buy while a plan or trial is still active, the new period starts when the current one ends.
- Payments are processed by PayU under its own terms. We don't receive or store your card or bank details.
- If we change prices, the change applies only to future purchases, never to time you've already paid for. We'll announce changes on this website at least 30 days in advance.
5. Refunds and cancellation
See our refund and cancellation policy. In short: a full refund within 7 days of your first payment, and nothing to cancel because plans don't renew.
6. Acceptable use
- Use Submit Later only on websites and accounts you're allowed to use, and in line with those websites' own terms.
- Don't use it for anything unlawful, to send spam, to bypass security measures, CAPTCHAs or purchase limits, or to gain an unfair advantage on systems that prohibit automation.
- Don't try to get around the trial or plan checks, or resell or share access.
- Check important submissions yourself. You're responsible for what you submit.
7. No guarantee
We work hard to make Submit Later reliable, but it's provided "as is". We can't guarantee that every scheduled press will happen, happen at the exact second, or be accepted by the website, for example if your computer sleeps, the site signs you out or changes, or your connection drops.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including missed deadlines, lost purchases, lost opportunities or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Suspension and closing your account
You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms; if we close one without a breach on your part, we'll refund the unused part of your plan. When an account is deleted, any remaining paid time ends, unless you're eligible for a refund.
10. Intellectual property
Submit Later, its name, logo and code belong to Harmandeep Singh. Your plan gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for personal or business purposes while your trial or plan is active.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and, for significant changes, email account holders. Continuing to use Submit Later after a change means you accept it.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Ludhiana, Punjab have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Contact and grievances
Grievance officer: Harmandeep Singh. Complaints are acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days.
